Barucboc National High School is strengthening its advocacy for time consciousness and honesty through Project W.A.T.C.H. (We Advocate Time Consciousness and Honesty), guided by the theme, “Isabuhay ang Pagpapahalaga sa Oras at Katapatan.”
Led by School Principal Juneward C. Reccion, PhD, and Project Coordinator Nela A. Carag, PhD, the initiative brings together school personnel, learners, parents, and community partners in promoting punctuality, integrity, and accountability in everyday school life.
On October 12, 2026, the school organized its implementation team and working committees to coordinate advocacy, orientation, learner activities, curriculum integration, documentation, and monitoring. Classroom elections also paved the way for the selection of school-level W.A.T.C.H. officers, with Gian Rex C. Cabico elected president.
The advocacy builds on school practices such as classroom attendance checking, weekly attendance monitoring, RFID attendance recording for personnel, Early Bird recognition, and the return of found belongings. Posters and slogans in classrooms and common areas reinforce the importance of valuing time and choosing honesty.
Project W.A.T.C.H. also collaborates with Project RDNEB, which promotes the 12 ethical values, to strengthen values formation through relevant lessons and learner activities.
Through shared leadership and participation, BNHS encourages every member of the school community to turn the advocacy into daily action—arriving on time, fulfilling responsibilities, and doing what is right.
